Recently, he founded Warehouster Capital Advisors and he is serving as its CEO. Warehouster is targeting investment in BTS, warehousing and logistics parks across India and aims at delivering approx. 15 million sq.ft over the next 3 years. He is successfully driving company’s strategic initiatives, enhancing strengths of offerings, and setting a superior bar for services being offered. He has the expertise in managing private REITS with over a decade of experience in delivering greater returns.
With comprehensive industry know-how, Sandeep has championed all aspects of a private REIT focused on investments in commercial assets. Be it compatible liaisons or driving enterprise growth, Sandeep nails business challenges and provides prudent guidance right from conceptualization to implementation.
In the past, he spearheaded development of 7 million sq.ft for All Cargo Logistics where he created AUM for approx. $ 270 million. He handled development and asset management of approx. 15 million square feet of logistics & Industrial parks and governed the big ticket warehousing and industrial portfolio.
Sambasiva Raju has over 22 years of vast project management experience in setting up of Industrial & Logistics Parks as well as independent industrial and warehousing facilities for FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automobile and Engineering Industries across India and other parts of the world.
• He has worked with Companies like Embassy Industrial Parks for 4 years and Semac Consultants for 18 years
• He is one of the founding team members of Embassy Industrial Parks and instrumental in setting up multiple Industrial and Logistics Parks across India as Head – Projects. He developed the specifications and standards and set up the processes right from the site selection, technical feasibility, master planning, design, procurement and execution to final handover of the projects and instrumental in recruiting team members for design, execution and technical sales.
• He, while being with Semac, executed almost 10 million sft of Industrial and Warehousing facilities for the Clients like ITC, Perkins, Nestle, Cargill, Honda, etc.
• He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, MBA in Operations Management from ICFAI University and PG Diploma in Planning and Project Management from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad.
