Founder and CEO
Sandeep has 20+ years of leadership experience in real estate sector with a track record of managing and exiting a warehousing portfolio to Blackstone and 4 Private REIT funds. He successfully developed the warehousing business for All cargo and Milestone Capital in the capacity of CEO and Senior Partner. He founded Warehouster Capital in 2019 – an Integrated solution provider for the acquisition, development and management of logistics asset in India. The company not only owns logistics assets in India but also suitably positioned to partner with international investors in managing their asset portfolios. Prior to this, Sandeep was the CEO of All Cargo Logistics Parks and from 2014-2017 Partner for Milestone Capital. He holds a postgraduate degree from Ivy league Cornell University fand a B.E. in Production & Industrial Engineering from Delhi University

Head Const & Projects
Kannadhassun has more than 25+ years of rich experience in development of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects at various levels. Before joining us he was associated in development of Logistics Park for Ascendas (Capitaland) as Regional Head South India from 2019-2021.
Investments
Kaushik has 20+ years in investment management, real estate, private equity, and wealth products. He has led structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management for HNIs, family offices, and institutions, scaling AUM from hundreds to thousands of crores. He holds an MBA in Finance and Executive Program in Fintech from IIM Kozhikode.
Leasing & Asset Management
Divyansh has more than 8 years of experience in Leasing & Asset Management. Prior to joining Warehouse he was worked with leading developers, handling various assignments in leasing and marketing. He is a registered RICS member and actively involved in advisory division for real estate assets.
Head Legal
Debi brings on board a rich and wide legal experience of 21 years spanning Investment, Land Acquisition, Real Estate, Corporate Litigation, Project Implementation Documentation, Business Structuring. Prior to joining here Debi has worked as Head Legal and other senior positions with Indospace, All Cargo, Redwood Capital, Lafarge India, Milestone Capital & Peninsula Land.
