Our previous track record in managing warehousing assets and our current pipeline itself testify our credentials as a serious end to end warehouse developers and managers. With a legacy of having delivered 7 million square feet of warehouse assets in the past and over 9 million square feet under development, we are here for the long term. Sandeep Chadha
Founder and CEO
Sandeep has 20+ years of leadership experience in real estate sector with a track record of managing and exiting a warehousing portfolio to Blackstone and 4 Private REIT funds. He successfully developed the warehousing business for All cargo and Milestone Capital in the capacity of CEO and Senior Partner.
He founded Warehouster Capital in 2019 – an Integrated solution provider for the acquisition, development and management of logistics asset in India. The company not only owns logistics assets in India but also suitably positioned to partner with international investors in managing their asset portfolios.
Prior to this, Sandeep was the CEO of All Cargo Logistics Parks and from 2014-2017 Partner for Milestone Capital. He holds a postgraduate degree from Ivy league Cornell University fand a B.E. in Production & Industrial Engineering from Delhi University.
B. Venkataraman
Head Projects & Construction
About 30 years of professional experience in executive and managerial levels in fields of real estate project management and construction management. He is adept at managing stake-holder relationships, project planning and management, construction management, design management, infrastructure development, costmanagement, procurement and commercial management & facility management.
During his 30 years of Career, he has successfully managed Industrial buildings for Warehousing, manufacturing, high-rise commercial / IT parks (SEZ and Non -SEZ) for both captiveand multi-tenant use, master plan/integrated township developments.
Prior to joining Warehouster he has worked at Senior Director and VP roles with CBRE, Capital Land and Tata Realty & Infrastructures.
He is B.E from Annamalai University in Civil & Structural Engg. And Certified LEED AP of Indian Green Building Council.
Kannadhassun
Head Const & Projects
Kannadhassun has more than 25+ years of rich experience in development of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects at various levels. Before joining us he was associated in development of Logistics Park for Ascendas (CapitaLand) as Regional Head South India from 2019-2021.
Debi Sarangi
Head Legal
Debi brings on board a rich and wide legal experience of 21 years spanning Investment, Land Acquisition, Real Estate, Corporate Litigation, Project Implementation compliance, Documentation, Contracts and Business Structuring. Prior to joining here Debi has worked as Head Legal and other Senior positions with Indospace, All Cargo, Redwood Capital (now ESR), Lafarge India, Milestone capital & Peninsula Land.
Bandana Jaggi
COO
Bandana has 20+ years of leadership experience in banking & financial sector with a track record of strategic roles held at ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. She has demonstrated success in providing digital solutions for processes, providing cost efficient business models and business growth.
Gurva Reddy
Head Land acquisition & Liasioning
Gurava Reddy has more than 20+ years of rich experience in land acquisition, liasioning and development of industrial, commercial and residential sector. In his previous assignment working with VGN group he successfully closed a little over 10 Mn sft. Of land acquisitions along with all regulatory approvals for industrial and residential properties.
Joshua Muglian
Head Project Management (South India)
Joshua Mugilan has more than 22 years of experience in construction and development of Industrial and Commercial developments across India. Prior to working with us he has been associated with construction and development of Industrial buildings for Tafe, Foxconn and RenaultNissan totaling 5 Mn sft.
Mohd. Azharuddin
Head Leasing & Marketing (South India)
Azhar has more than 8 years of experience in industrial real estate leasing and marketing. Prior to joining Warehouster he has worked in Industrial leasing for JLL, Cushman and Knight frank. He has also worked with Amazon India in the capacity of business development and market intellingence.
