We work for a greener and sustainable future. We are working hard to reduce our carbon emissions progressively.

Energy saving

We promote led usage to reduce carbon on our planet.

Renewable Energy

We promote usage of solar energy and ensure a mix of solar & hydel power at our sites.

Biodiversity

We don’t just make warehouses. We ensure that we plant a tree for every 10K sqft space we develop. We are actually building storage spaces and forest cover together.

Water management

We promote usage and storage of rainwater in our projects. Installing better pluming minises water wastage at our projects. We monitor water usage via smart meters.

Waste management

We segregate the waste generated at parks very carefully. The organic waste is treated at sites via our machines, the inorganic waste is transported to the relevant body in time.

Certifications

We are working towards achieving ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) for operations.

Governance

We at Warehouster follow the rule book verbatim. Our vendors who face difficulty in understanding laws and regulations are trained by our legal team/other teams. We take utmost care to ensure that no unethical practise is being done by our vendors/employees.
